FSCC Welcomes Local High School Students to Campus
Fort Scott, Kan.—Fort Scott Community College will welcome local high school juniors and seniors to the Fort Scott campus during the college’s annual Spring Junior/Senior Days on Friday, March 11 and Friday, April 8. Area high school juniors, seniors, and their parents are encouraged to attend this free event. “It’s our goal is to help students learn why attending FSCC is a smart choice,” Josh Budd, FSCC Director of Admissions. “FSCC continues to rank #1 in the nation for academics and occupational programs, and our faculty and staff are top-notch. We’re excited to show students what we have to offer!” Students will have the opportunity to meet with faculty one-on-one and learn about the benefits of attending Fort Scott Community College. Activities will include a campus tour, Greyhound Challenge game, free lunch, and optional Compass Placement Test. FSCC staff will be on hand to provide free information sessions regarding advisement, financial aid, scholarships, and the TRIO program. In addition, all students will be entered into drawings to win prizes and scholarships.
