We’re excited to announce that Fort Scott Community College is transitioning to a NEW student information system, Jenzabar (J1), from July 7–18!

During this time, several offices—including Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, Cashier, and Advising—will have limited access to systems and records. Please plan ahead if you need services during this period. Need Help? Give us a call at 620–223–2700.

What This Means for Our Students:

FSCC will be launching a brand-new student portal as part of this system upgrade.
However, during the transition window (July 7–18), the current student portal may be unavailable or display outdated information.

This upgrade will bring a modern, more user-friendly digital experience to campus that improves how students register for classes, view schedules, access financial aid, and more.
