Sociology

Sociology is the study of social behavior. Sociology can help us to better understand ourselves, other people, and different cultures. Human interaction and social institutions present a fascinating way to consider our lives, behaviors, and world. Material covered includes theoretical perspectives, the elements of culture, socialization, groups, deviance, stratification, gender, race, ethnicity, the family, education, religion, economic systems, health and medicine, social movements, and social change.
