First FSCC Football Home Game Scheduled for Sept. 2

Fort Scott, Kan.—The Fort Scott Community College Football Team invites the community to the first home game of the season against Independence Community College on Saturday, September 2. Netflix will be filming for the third season of Last Chance U, a sports documentary series, during the game.   The first 25 fans will receive a free football schedule poster, and fans will also be entered to win prizes throughout the evening. The FSCC Marching Band and Dance Team will perform during half-time of the game. Before the second half of the game begins, FSCC students and their families will be invited to the football field to cheer on the Greyhounds as they enter the field.   Kick-off is set for 7:00 pm at Frary Field in Fort Scott. Tickets prices are $7 for adults, $3 for students and children, and free for FSCC students.
