Below is the housing available that you previously selected in the Housing Application. Prices are by semester, and FSCC offers different payment plans if your room and board is not fully covered by PELL or student loans.

Failure to meet the above payment obligations may result in meal services being interrupted and removal from the residence halls. Rates are based on double occupancy, with the exception of Greyhound Hall.
This contract is for housing and food service and is binding for the entire 2025-2026 school year, beginning August 17, 2025, and ending May 16, 2026. The signer is financially obligated for the total amount as outlined above. The signed contract, medical form, and vehicle registration form (if applicable) must be submitted by July 1, 2025, to hold the reservation for the 2025-2026 school year. The contract includes 19 meals per week—three meals daily Monday through Friday and two meals on Saturday and Sunday. No meals are served when the campus is closed.

All three above requirements MUST be met before the student will be considered for placement in FSCC housing. Meeting these above requirements does not guarantee housing placement.
You are required to fax immunizations to (620) 223-4927, email them to Alyssa Martin at alyssam@fortscott.edu, or mail them to: FSCC – Housing Office, 2108 S. Horton, Fort Scott, KS 66701.

After completion of the housing application and payment of the housing application fee, students will receive an email that they have been accepted into housing or put on the waitlist. Once you are accepted into housing, FSCC housing staff will pick your roommate based on your answers to the questions above. Remember roommate requests ARE NOT GUARRENTEED. If you would like to change your housing preferences or roommate request after submitting this, please email alyssam@fortscott.edu. Changes can be made up until June 24th. Room assignments are final and there for unalterable after June 24th. Room assignments will be released the first week of July to students who have completed all of their paperwork. After moving in, any students unhappy with their room or roommate may contact the housing office to see if room changes are possible.
All residents are expected to comply with all policies and procedures as stated in the FSCC Housing Handbook. FSCC has the right to refuse placement to students who have previously been placed on probation or suspension for any previous violations of the FSCC Housing Handbook.
I understand that if I decide I do not want to live in FSCC housing, it is my responsibility to contact the school to inform them of my decision and accept the consequences if I don’t.
