After completion of the housing application and payment of the housing application fee, students will receive an email that they have been accepted into housing or put on the waitlist. Once you are accepted into housing, FSCC housing staff will pick your roommate based on your answers to the questions above. Remember roommate requests ARE NOT GUARRENTEED. If you would like to change your housing preferences or roommate request after submitting this, please email alyssam@fortscott.edu. Changes can be made up until June 24th. Room assignments are final and there for unalterable after June 24th. Room assignments will be released the first week of July to students who have completed all of their paperwork. After moving in, any students unhappy with their room or roommate may contact the housing office to see if room changes are possible.

All residents are expected to comply with all policies and procedures as stated in the FSCC Housing Handbook. FSCC has the right to refuse placement to students who have previously been placed on probation or suspension for any previous violations of the FSCC Housing Handbook.

I understand that if I decide I do not want to live in FSCC housing, it is my responsibility to contact the school to inform them of my decision and accept the consequences if I don’t.
