Garrison Apartments
(Off-Campus)
Garrison Apartments is one of our off-campus housing options that accommodates up to 40 students. While the Garrison Apartments are considered COED, apartments are assigned based on gender. Each apartment consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
Please note that private rooms are not available in Garrison Apartments.

What is provided in each room?
Bedrooms
They are furnished with two twin beds, two three-drawer dressers, and a closet.
Livingroom
Each living room is provided with a sofa and a coffee table.
Kitchen
Our kitchens have a refrigerator, microwave, and sink.

Housing Staff
Our staff members are well-trained and are ready to help provide our students with the best living environment. Garrison Apartments is supervised by our RAs and security guard!
Laundry
Garrison Apartments has a laundry room with four washers and dryers!
After paying the $75 fee for laundry, each student has 24-hour access to our Garrison Apartments laundry room! With four washers and dryers, plus a folding table, it is sure to meet all of your needs!
