Please allow a minimum of five (5) business days for standard items such as business cards, brochures and postcards, and seven (7) business days or more for larger or high-quantity print jobs. Once your request is submitted, an FSCC Print Shop staff member will contact you promptly with an estimated completion date and any additional details. Note that production timelines exclude scheduled campus closures (view the college calendar at fortscott.edu/events) and periods of staff unavailability due to approved leave. We also have students learning and working on your product. Complete care will be taken on your product(s) but the FSCC Print Shop is a learning environment for students.

Customer-submitted content must consist solely of materials for which the customer holds full ownership rights, possesses valid reproduction licenses or permissions from the copyright holder(s), is licensed under an open source agreement permitting commercial reproduction, or is demonstrably in the public domain and free of copyright restrictions. The customer represents and warrants compliance with these requirements and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FSCC Print Shop, Fort Scott Community College, and its agents from any claims arising from copyright infringement.

FSCC Print Shop Terms FSCC Print Shop welcomes public orders; however, Fort Scott Community College projects always take priority. Submitting this form does not guarantee completion by your requested date, and turnaround times may vary based on current workflow and campus needs. If scheduling conflicts arise, we will notify you as soon as possible and, when appropriate, may recommend a local printer who can assist. If our team manipulates or designs artwork for your order, design services will be at an estimated extra charge and subject to staff availability to fit into the daily lineup. You will receive a PDF proof by email, and production will begin only after proof approval. Once a job is proofed and approved by the customer, any reruns due to errors will be charged to the customer. Please allow at least five (5) business days for standard items such as business cards and seven (7) business days for larger or high-quantity jobs. An FSCC Print Shop staff member will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated completion date and any additional details. Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, during the academic year. We are closed on Fridays during the summer months. The Print Shop is closed when the College is closed; please see the Academic Calendar for scheduled closures. Production timelines do not include campus closures or periods when staff are unavailable due to approved leave, illness, training, meetings, or vacation, and the Print Shop does not operate evenings or weekends to expedite public orders. The FSCC Print Shop accepts checks, exact cash (we do not keep change at the Print Shop), or online credit card payments via email at a 4% service charge. If needing change, one must go to the FSCC Cashier in the Dick Hedges Administration Building to pay the invoice to get change. We reserve the right to decline print work for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to workload constraints, incomplete or unclear job specifications, unavailable materials, equipment limitations, quality concerns, and projects outside our production capabilities. We may also refuse work that contains obscene, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content, or that conflicts with our content standards, provided such decisions are applied consistently and in compliance with applicable laws.
