FSCC Housing accommodates up to 292 students annually. Applications for the 2025-2026 academic year will open on March 24th for sophomores and April 7th for freshmen. To facilitate a smooth application process, we encourage you to review and complete all steps outlined below.

It is crucial for students to regularly check their student email; this is one of the most important actions you can do during the FSCC housing application process. The Housing Director will provide essential updates and request necessary information through email communication. Please note that students will not be permitted to move into housing until all the required paperwork has been completed.

Application Fee

The $125 application fee must be paid before completing the Housing Application. You can pay the fee in one of four ways:

1. Online: Use the payment link here to pay the fee in advance.
2. Within the Housing Application: A payment link is also provided in the application.
3. By Check: Make it payable to FSCC and mail to:
