Juneteenth – Campus Closed

FSCC will be closed on Wednesday, June 19, in observance of Juneteenth. Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, commemorates the announcement of the abolition of slavery in Texas on June 19, 1865, more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. It is a day to celebrate African American freedom, heritage, and achievements while reflecting on the ongoing struggle for equality. We encourage everyone to take this opportunity to learn more about this significant day in American history.
