Kansas Systemwide Transfer
There is a growing list of courses approved by the Kansas Board of Regents for guaranteed transfer among all Kansas public postsecondary institutions. A student who completes a course listed as a guaranteed transfer course at any Kansas public community college, technical college, or university can be certain that he or she can transfer that course to any other Kansas public institution in pursuit of a degree or credential. Reverse Transfer
Reverse Transfer allows students to receive their associate degree by combining credits they earn at a 2-year institution with credits completed at a Kansas 4-year public university. To be eligible, students must opt-in with the 4-year institution to consent to release of their academic records. The student’s records will then be evaluated for eligibility of degree completion. FSCC has several articulation agreements with area high schools. These articulation agreements assist high school students in continuing their education and help ensure transferability of credit for education earned at the secondary level.
