Sponsors wishing for their students to compete in the FSCC Math Relay will fill out this form and upload the spreadsheet provided.

The tests are first come first serve. We have a limit of 45 students per grade per test. Students will be added to a wait list if the test is full.

Please make sure to complete both workbook tabs located at the bottom. One is called Student List and the other is called Test Registration.
