Christians on Campus
Christians on Campus is a non-denominational Christian student organization at Fort Scott Community College. We are a community where students, faculty, and staff come together each week to talk honestly about faith, build meaningful relationships, and grow together in purpose.
Whether you’ve followed Jesus for years, are just beginning to explore faith, or have more questions than answers, there is a place for you here. We believe faith is not about having everything figured out. It is about pursuing God together, encouraging one another, and discovering who we are and who He has called us to be.
What We’re About
Christians on Campus exists to create a place where people can come as they are, build authentic friendships, and grow in their relationship with God.
Together, we seek to
- Explore the Christian faith in an open and welcoming environment
- Build genuine relationships and community on campus
- Ask honest questions about God, identity, and purpose
- Grow spiritually at our own pace
- Encourage one another through life’s challenges and victories
- Serve others with kindness, compassion, and humility
Everyone is welcome, and no one is expected to have it all together.
Imperfect • Loved • Called
Based on 2 Timothy 1:9:
“He has saved us and called us to a holy life, not because of anything we have done but because of His own purpose and grace.”
At the heart of Christians on Campus is the belief that we are loved by God not because of what we do, but because of who He is. We believe every person is imperfect, deeply loved, and called with purpose. Following Jesus is not about perfection. It is about responding to His grace and walking together in faith.
Meetings
Our meetings are held on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM in the Student Union in Bailey Hall, unless otherwise announced. Weekly gatherings are discussion based and centered on Scripture, conversation, and practical faith in everyday life.
