“Overall I am happy with how we performed today. We have a few things to clean up but both men and women put it on the line, competed and came away with some PRs,” Head Cross Country Coach Mark Emerson said.  “We have 11 days until our conference/region meet. This time of the season is when teams start putting together great performances or end up breaking. We are trending upwards which is exactly what we needed moving into championship season”

The KJCCC/Region VI cross country meet is Wednesday, Oct. 28 in El Dorado, Kansas.
