Petition for Spring 2024 Graduation Due

Do you plan to graduate in May of 2024?  If so, see all of this important information below:

SPRING 2024 GRADUATION CHECKLIST

• Consult with your advisor to have a degree audit performed or check your degree audit in your student portal

• Fill out the Petition to Graduate form by clicking here. Petitions are due by February 15th!

• • Petition to Graduate forms are required regardless of participation in commencement ceremonies

• Take your Exit Exam (REQUIRED FOR ALL STUDENTS)

• Associate in Applied Science Degrees/Certificates – Sign up to take the WorkKeys

Fort Scott Students: Student Success Center (620-223-2700 ext. 7610)

                                            Pittsburg Students: Pittsburg Location, Harley Davidson Building (620-231-3690)

                                           Miami County Students: Miami County Campus (913-294-4178 ext. 11)

• Associate in Arts, General Studies, or Science Degrees– Exit Exam will be completed as part of your Capstone course

• Ensure the $50 Grad Fee has been billed to your student account and all financial obligations have been met – Check Gizmo
