I attest that the above information is true and I understand that falsifying information on Fort Scott Community College documents is grounds for dismissal from all housing. I understand I must keep my FSCC parking permit in my vehicle at all times. It must hang from the vehicles rear view mirror with the permit number facing the windshield so it can be clearly read from the exterior of the vehicle. I understand I must park my vehicle in the housing parking lot in a regular parking space. Emergency vehicle lanes, as well as areas that are not marked as a parking space, will need to remain clear at all times. I realize I am responsible for the actions of my guests and I will inform them of Fort Scott Community College policies which are outlined in the Housing Handbook.
