Stewart Kasper began work for the City of Louisburg in 2006.  In 2007 he moved to the City of Osawatomie in the distribution and collections department.  Stewart was transferred to the Osawatomie Power/Water Plant in 2009 and in 2010 his time was split between the water and the wastewater plant where he was able to get his Class 4 in Water and Wastewater.  In Stewart graduated from FSCC with an AAS in Environmental Water Technology in 2014. He began teaching as an adjunct instructor in the Environmental Water Technology program in 2015.  He is a member of American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA) and successfully completed the University of Southern California’s Tester Training course in 2017.  Stewart has over 12 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry and is currently employed as superintendent with Osawatomie Power/Water Plant.  He is married and has 4 daughters.
