  • 11:00 am-(Lunch & Learn) Dramatic Reading “Letter from the Birmingham Jail” by FSCC students and members of the community. Reception to follow with Birthday cake & drinks. Photo Promotion taken with "I Stand For" sign.
  • 1:30 pm- Film Showing: Eyes on the Prize: American Civil Rights Years “Fighting Back”(1957-1962)-Central High School & Little Rock Nine/ James Meredith & The Univ. of Miss.
  • 3:30 pm-Film Showing: Eyes on the Prize: American Civil Rights Years “Ain’t Scared of No Jail” (1960-1961)- Nashville Sit-ins and Boycotts/ Freedom Riders.
