Computations | There are errors with all of the computations. | There are major errors in computations. | There are minor/ infrequent errors in computations. | There are no errors in computations. |

Formula/ Algorithm | The student never uses the correct/appropriate formula/algorithm. | The student seldom uses the correct/appropriate formula/algorithm. | The student frequently uses the correct/appropriate formula/algorithm with minor errors. | The student always uses the correct/appropriate formula/algorithm with no errors. |
